  1. I'm not a physicists by any means but I have watched countless shows like the Universe, through the wormhole, NOVA ect... and I was puzzled at all the evidence and theories they had to back up conclusions from experiments. I know top scientists are working very hard on trying to figure out why things work the way they do in our universe and I have had a few ideas of my own that seem to combine them all together to help try to make sense of it all. I'm not saying they are right by any means but I was just wondering what some other people thoughts might be on the subject for fun. My thoughts from combining these concepts to make sense of how they fit together like puzzle pieces in a giant jigsaw puzzle. Multiple Dimensional Travel: A. If we were to measure distance on a two dimensional space and creating a path of travel we could only get a two dimensional answer. The same would be if we are calculating a path of travel through a three dimensional space and we would still have to follow all the rules of the space time fabric and the speed of light. B. Einstein thought of space as a sheet of fabric that was flat and was displaced by larger objects which creates gravity. His view showed space as a two dimensional fabric but it has many more dimensions then what he was trying to show. C. I think space is much like a two dimensional piece of paper. Only thing here is that it is crumpled up and not flat. This makes it appear to us as being three dimensional but in fact it’s actually two dimensional in nature. If you were an ant and wanted to travel from one side of the crumpled up paper to the other side you could just walk around it. Or you could take the other tiny curled up dimensions within the paper to come out the other side. All the properties of the space/time fabric would still be the same but the path of travel would be different. We are only able to observe and measure the distance and speed from the outside because we can’t actually observe the path of travel through the extra dimensions. D. If this is true then this would mean that the extra dimensions in space are kind of a miniature wormhole that can even loop back on itself for travel back and forward through time. Speed of Light and Travel: A. When we are measuring speed we are only measuring it based on something that we consider static. In reality nothing is static and everything is zipping through space at extremely fast speeds compared to one another. This would mean that when we are measuring velocity what we are actually measuring is the expansion and contraction of space between the objects. B. In order to keep the speed of light the same 186,000 miles per second the space would have to warp to compensate. Now imagine you’re that tiny ant traveling among that crumpled up sheet of paper traveling at close to the speed of light and you shine a flash light ahead of you. Space would be crumpled up like always where you are at but it would be unfolding ahead of you in order to keep light from breaking its speed limit. C. If this is the case then traveling near the speed of light could expose some of these extra dimensions to us. Particles being in more than one place at the same time: A. With the double slit experiment it shows that particles can be in more than one place at the same time and can become entangled and even communicate with one another. B. What I think is happening is that these particles are traveling through the extra dimensions that string theory says are out there like the ant traveling through the crumpled up sheet of paper but inside those extra dimensions is the past and future. C. We as humans can only always experience the present therefore the past and the future have to remain tucked away and hidden from us. D. Everything is like a movie that’s playing but we can only observe little snap shots of what’s happening at that exact moment we try to observe something. It’s like watching a movie but we can only watch it with a camera taking one picture at a time and looking it. We only get to experience everything moment by moment and don’t get to see the space-time folding and unfolding. E. The future would act like the unfolding of the crumpled up sheet of paper while the past is crumpling it back up and tucking it away. F. I believe the electrons that were being shot through the double slit experiment were going into these extra dimensions and were able to go through the past dimension of the crumpled up space to practically duplicate itself and enter both slits at the exact same time. G. The same thing is with the entangled particles. Only with this they are both making the same present dimension of space that they occupy the same. This is a kind of worm hole that makes them both part of the same space no matter how far apart they are and therefore won’t need to send any signals to communicate with one another. Dark Matter and its unknown mass: A. Dark matter makes up about 80% of the mass in the universe B. I believe dark matter is a concentration of these extra dimensions that contain all the mass of the past and the future curled up inside it slowly unfolding and crumpling up as time goes by. C. Just like the sheet of paper we can only observe all the mass that’s on the outside of the paper but inside that crumpled up sheet of paper there is much more stuff taking up space that we can’t see. Possible Extra Dimensions: A. String theory says that there are 11 dimensions in total. B. Space is considered three dimensional but we know that it is actually combined with time to create space-time so both should be three dimensional. This would create our three dimensions that we see of space also with the three dimensions of time which are past, present and future for a total of six. These can be combined in any combination for forward space-time. C. If there was a beginning of space-time then there should be an end of space-time and from the looks of it all the matter in space is spreading out so fast that eventually everything will be torn apart from the expansion of space. D. I think this is when space will be like the crumpled up sheet of paper turning itself inside out and crumpling back inwards to start all over again. E. This type of crumpling action would create the exact opposite or negatives of the forward space-time we are in. This would create an additional 6 dimensions for negative or reverse space-time to start the process all over again an infinite amount of times. F. It would be kind of what you see on a kaleidoscope with the exploding patterns appearing from a central point and moving all the way outwards but then repeating the process all over again. As dumb as it may sound its kind of like a kaleidoscope universe. G. Since we can only observe the present space-time we should be able to see both the reverse and forward space time. I think this could be how we get to experience entangled particles because we are seeing them in the same present space-time only from both the present forward and reverse space-time. This is also why we see the exact opposite rotation of the particles that we are measuring when they are entangled. H. If this is true then this could mean that the present forward space-time and present reverse space time are one in the same dimension making it a total of 11 dimensions not 12 which is what string theory says is out there. I. This would make space-time kind of like a three dimensional figure 8 and at the intersecting points of forward space-time and reverse space-time would be the present that we observe. Theory on Testing this: If double slit experiment is being done in a 11 dimensional space then we will get a 11 dimensional answer. When we try to observe the particles going through the double slits we force them to only travel through 6 dimensions of forward space-time not all 11. Since I believe that dark matter is this space-time fabric all crumpled up on itself we need to somehow eliminate the variable of dark matter from the experiment. If we could force dark matter out of the experiment we could essentially force these extra dimensions out of the equation. This would create the expected dual light patterns that were originally expected because you would take the extra 5 dimensions out of the equation without measuring or observing what’s happening.
