I'm sorry? I'm hoping to study protein sequences based on the the translated mouse genome.

Hello I am new to this forum so wanted to begin my introducing myself! I am a student in the UK in the 2nd year of her Genetics BSc degree. I thought I might join this forum to have some general genetics-based conversations with like-minded people! At the moment, I'm applying for a placement in Cambridge where I'd be studying the protein sequence analysis of mouse genomes! Very exciting, indeed! Has anyone here taken part in any lab work based around mouse genome analysis? I would love to hear about it! L x
