  1. Sacroplasm Fluid Hey guys, thank you so much for your time. I am not a science student but I am studying about the human body out of personal interest. I have been looking for articles and videos that explain the nature and function of the Sarcoplasm fluid but sadly I have not found any that explained what I wanted to know. I am sure you are aware of the panic that is being spread around in the fitness world about how rep counts higher than five induces sacroplasmic hypertrophy? Here is just what I am confused with: What is the function of the sarcoplasm fluid and what are its content? I know that it is just like the cytoplasm fluid of other cells except with a high amount of glycosome and myoglobin but could you explain to me overall just so I could hear from u? When an athlete trains for endurance does his myoglobin and mitochondria amount increase in numbers? How does a body achieve anaerobic endurance? By increasing myglobin and mitochondria? Can they increase in numbers? Can the sacroplasm fluid increase in amount? I believe that glycogen stores are being mistaken for sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, which means glycosome granule increases in size but not the sarcoplasm fluid, correct? ----------------------------------- Thank you again, I would be very pleased to hear from you guys!
