  1. Good evening Kimbow, It sounds like you're just determining the concentration of acetic acid. Using the information given, you can find the measured concentration of Acetic Acid and I'm assuming they will not be identical. Find the average (1/2 the sum of the 2 trials) and that should give you your answer. If it wasn't 12:48 am, I'd run through the calculation, but it's pretty straight forward. Let me know if you run into any problems and I'll check back in the morning! -Sonryu
  2. What is the best method by which to produce caffeine in a pure state?
  3. What is the equation for Relativistic KE?
  4. Well, if we let X = teenagers and Z = preteens, then since there are 3/4 as many teenagers, there are MORE preteens. So Z = (4/3)X or X = (3/4)Z. This is backed up because Preteens = (4/3) * Teens, which supports the problem saying that there are more preteens than teens.
  5. Three blocks are connected by massless cords and rest on a frictionless horizontal surface. The blocks are pulled to the right. Mass m_1 = 2 m_2 = 3 m_3, with m_1 on the left and m_3 on the right. if the pulling force is equal to 90N, then the tension in the cord between m_1 and m_2 is... a) 49 b) 15 c) 100 d) 44 e) 85 I realize that because the back block (m_1) is being pulled, only it's mass is used in calculating the tension. But beyond that, I'm lost. :/
