Hi Azzadeh, I am doing my master's thesis within few days. I also did GAG assay as a marker for chondrogenic differentiation, but the problem is, I cannot find anything to support such claim. Could you please mention anything about how is GAG assay a marker for chondrogenic expression ? Thanks in advance, and looking forward to hear from you and perhaps share my experience in this regard.
