How the inner wheel angle is more than outer wheel angle? is it natural ie if i design a steering linkages then it will operate like this or we have to do something to make inner wheel angle more??? how to find the inner wheel angle ???

that transmitter must send a audio through it, for a distance of 20meters and the receiver takes and send via speakers ......... how to do it ..........
