Last month, I visited my cousin so that I could accompany him thru his treatment in Englewoods Physical Therapy. He was told by the therapist that he must face the pain and used to it. "Your mind is the most powerful element for your fast recovery", as he said. He further said that he must face his fear and conquer it. I thought in that moment that his advise is pretty good. But is it really mind drives as all?
