  1. according to this site http://www.chemguide.co.uk/physical/acidbaseeqia/kw.html (there are others) a change in the temperature of water changes the pH level of that water. I'm having trouble understanding it beyond, a temp rise of the water lowers the pH of that water, & wondered if anyone here could tell me how much a rise 0.6°C would lower a pH of 8.2 thanks for any feedback MB
