Can you give examples of such competitions ? I am not from US . I guess that makes it harder

Can someone tell me what are the best Colleges in US (i plan to study physics , and of course , receive a full financial aid ) . I work on my own ,so I can't get advises anywhere else . What are my chances to get there ? What should I concetrate on ? I am willing to work . I have an Iq about 145-150. I am pretty confident , that , by the end of my high school I can get a medal at IPhO if I work . Would that help ?
