    Dinosaurs

Here is a close up of that part of the vertebrate cladogram, you can see Crocodylomorpha (crocodiles) splits off before Dinosauria (dinosaurs). Also not Aves (birds) is within dinosauria and modern lizard and snakes are in Lepidosauria.
  2. Cyanobacteria have a thin peptoglycon membrane but no cell wall while algae is a Eukaryotic organism and has a cell wall that is more ridged and able to hold up to acidic conditions. The main thing to take away is the proteins within the kingdom bacteria will denature quicker in a lower Ph while algae in kingdom plantae have a completely different cellular structure that enables them to withstand those extremes better. which is why lemon juice is a common ingredient of organic cleaners because it lowers Ph and prevents bacteria from dividing (though this is not that affective for all bacteria).
  3. To answer your original question, Yes, the nitrogen and phosphates in your urine will eventually cause the area to be toxic hindering growth of microbial organisms. How long depends on many factors such as soil type, the eco-region you are in (makes a difference in the community present), the urine used (some have higher or lower amounts of chemicals), if there is any other toxins in your urine and a few more factors as well.
