Why the same charges forces opposite,differet ones forces each other... I know the the (-) charges mean having electron and (+) mean absence of electron but still I cannot explain where this forces come from??? Is the a reason of max. irregularity min. energy? or Is there any importants efects of photons?? or as anybody says, To explain this should I know The Theory of Quantum Electrodynamic?
