Being a fellow lucid dreamer, I understand your enthusiasm for the subject. Does it give us new insight into energy and physics? I have no idea. I've learned a lot more about myself through lucid dreams, but I wouldn't go as far as to say I've learned more about reality. It is an odd stroke of synchronicity that I stumbled across this thread the moment I came to this site. Maybe I should put the Pinchbeck book down.
