  1. Thank you so much sir, your niceness is well kind. The problem with your math and physics is it all falls apart. when the earth goes around the sun, that would effect how the moon goes around the earth. Have you a computer model simulating gravity in space?Or is the problem of timeframe stopping such a program from existing?
  2. First do we have to seperate force from energy? the rock moved because it was tied. the sring is solid. it contains no erergy or force as such...
  3. Heres an idea, up to at some highlands, have large lightning rods raised to the sky collecting lightning. Pass the current through a 1:10000000 ratio transformer fed into a capacitor the size of a house. wala! free CLEAN energy!!
  4. a string is not a force its just that it is solid. If it was elastic and spun then it would contain force.
  5. No. it is taut but its not pulling like gravity, it's just stopping it from flying off, that's the difference.
  6. Ok, so how does the moon go around the earth while the earth goes around the sun? this perpendicular lark wont make sense, oops the earth just moved around the sun, the moon is now no longer perpendicular to the earth. the string does not pull, to act like gravity it would need to be elastic to pull it in. Sorry but I think newton is well out.Fair play for the apple gravity thing though.
  7. A string and gravity is not the same thing but anyway what happens to the ball is spun 5 miles from earth and you are stationary, and what happens to you?
  8. The question is "Why don't things slow down?" Gravity is a force that is constantly being applied to you, not falling requires energy which will be lost due to the pull of gravity. If you fly 100 Miles from earth and stationary your spaceship, what happens to you in the spaceship and the spaceship itself?
  9. Very true, but it required energy to spin the ball, and once you stop spinning then what?
  10. The question is "Why don't things slow down?" Gravity is a force that is constantly being applied to you, not falling requires energy which will be lost due to the pull of gravity. If you fly 100 Miles from earth and stationary your spaceship, what happens to you in the spaceship and the spaceship itself?
  11. you Float due to falling at same speed. tbc?
  12. Only to you and newton, gravity is a force, not falling requires energy. Space station and satalites require energy?!
  13. No, its orbiting not falling. If only newton was around today, i know he would say "Fair play"
  14. Now, your not connected to the space ship in any way, your floating. So the pull of the earth would "Eventually" slow you down and to the side of the spaceship you would go. I know your going to say "2 oposing forces keeps you in orbit" but one force is constant(gravity) the other is you, you would slow down due to gravity.
