What is this "spare time" of which you speak?

It means your idle time, when you have nothing to do; it could be also be your leisure time or to be specific free time.

I ban people (with proper permission, of course) who break forum rules, such as promoting their Expanding Earth Theories, or other nonsense, outside of the speculations forum.

That is a productive way of spending your free time swansont. I am just curious though how many members did break the rules here?

How do you spend your time when you're not doing anything? In my spare time I always read books on history. What about you guys?

I believe on the saying that "health is wealth" and we must take of ourselves and eat plenty of the right foods just enough for our body to digest and not to form into fats. Thanks for the information about the necessity of Vitamin K in our body.

Interesting! I can't think of anything right now, but for sure it's something that should be look into by the proper authorities; it could lead us to something that happen thousand years back.

That is a good question here! In my case I think I would like or rather die when I am asleep, so that I can't feel the pain if ever.

I don't think politics is the root of all evil; it's the person itself who is in power who is hunger for power I guess.

I don't think it's a good idea either! I mean I've got my own beliefs and committing or teaching or even allowing others to commit as such for me is not morally correct. It's so great to be alive and experience everything of which of course must in accordance with laws of the land and conscience.
