This is disproved with one word, Prodigy. A child usually between 8-15 that can preform something or think as a highly expierenced adult. Theres instances where children are in college by eight years old.

I do not think the government will worry about the money. This device would be paid for the first time it's used. They would use it to interogate us and manipulate our minds, for you to say that its not worth the time or money is misleading considering the conspiracies of the govt.

Perhaps this could be used by the government to read our minds or to convict criminals.
