i see dots also, i've noticed them since i was a teenager. They appear to be yelow in the centre with a red/pinkish layer around and these yellow/pinkish dots are surrounded in a blue (sky blue) colour. The dots can change from yellow to pink centers, they are very hard to focus on and appear to change. they are light a screen of see through dots, like they appear to make up your vision, like a pixilation. Is there any pictures of these dots?? I also see the germ like things but this is not them.....
