  1. Thanks everybody. Research is tough. Life is also tough.
  2. Thanks everybody, your suggestion is very useful to me. It is true.
  3. Dear , I want to write a review paper on tumor immunotherapy, but I have no idea about its submission. Does Journals just accept review from invited author, or anybody can write and submit to a certain journal? Thanks
  4. Yes, you can do that. Do you want to test the pre-existing responsive T cell or to check whether you peptide can induce an immune response? The feasible method is ELISPOT assay; there are a lot of reports already. please pay attention to your result if it is negative, you need to find out the real reason, is your prediction not correct or there is no pre-existing responsive T cells, or your ELISPOT is not sensitive enough. Good luck.
  5. search for ACK lysis buffer.
  6. Thanks, Helix. I found that the RECAF is actually the alpha fetoprotein receptor. unbelievable, it is still not cloned. I can not guess what is the reasons. very intersting.
  7. Dear Helix, Is there any way for us to know whta the target of RECAF? any information about its protein or DNA sequence?
  8. For tumor immunotherapy, a T cell based response is more effective than B cell. That's why majority research focus on T cell based immunotherapy. TERT has been tested as the target for tumor immunotherapy; you can find several literatures in recent publications, even human phase I clinical trial.
