    PCR of full Human DNA strand (extractet from mouth cells)

    Dear ladys and gentleman, I am very new to genetics, but regardless I got myself into the responsibility of designing a PCR workshop. Now I struggle to find out what PCR-Primers I need if I want to multiply an entire DNA strand, rather than one specific sequence. Can anyone help me please?
