  1. If still relevant, I recommend you to read Artificial Intelligence: Learning Automation Skills with Python by Chris Baker and Artificial Intelligence: A Modern Approach (3rd Edition) by Stuart Russell and Peter Norvig. The information is presented very well and clearly.
  2. But obviously it's best to go to a private teacher.
  3. You could try something interactive, like PC games, there's a lot of developer stuff where it's easier to get knowledge.
