  1. Surprisingly, the answer is only about 4 million kg of Hydrogen! That's a small amount in relation to all of the gasoline used by a country like Britain. This shows that Hydrogen fuel cells are not as far off in the future as they once seemed. In fact, they may be closer than we think.
