    Strange self-induced feeling

    I’m so happy I found this, I have tried to put it into words to find something about it but I couldn’t. Everyone here has described it so well. I’m just 13 and started being able to do this at the start of this year... or last year. I actually am not quite sure when it started but I have been super curious on what it is, and if it’s just a normal thing that everyone can do and I wasn’t aware. But these answers are super useful and it’s cool how a lot of other people can do this as well 😄👍👍
