yea i had the same thing i woke up one day and looked around fully consious and was still seeing my dreams i could see the people and everything that was in my dream. and another day woke up but it was the audio from my deam that kept playing i heard mumbling then an explosion but it was all my dream. i lucid dream all the time and sometimes i wake up but cant move i dont know if that has anything to do with it.
