I am in academic research but also like to collect vintage scientific equipment and parts from back in the day. I bought one item a couple years ago which has been on the shelf in my office ever since. It is in a nice wooden box so it looks nice even though I have no idea what it is. The logo on the front of the box reads "Advanced Metals Research Corp". Attached are pictures of the contents of the box. Anyone recognize this?
