Hello! I am really interested in enhancing my working memory and fluid intelligence. Do you guys think it is possible to improve working memory and/or fluid intelligence? And if so, what do you think are the best methods to do so (e.g. learning a new language, brain games such as Dual N-Back, meditation, reading books) Thank you for your time!
