I just recently have had this happen to me while I would lay down and relax for bed and often when i wake up from sleeping. It doesnt take time or start anywhere in particular. It's instantly everywhere in my body and i can maintain it as long as I stay relaxed. It feels odd but feels very good. The thing is i have mixed feelings about it, it scares me but i didn't want the sensation to end.
