cornelius. Doesn't this only work with stab wounds etc? that can be repaired by surgery. From the looks of it I dont think you'd be able to fix someone who's been shot in the head Corrections?
  2. isn't that just because of the tv's refresh rate? Ie, the TV refreshes slower than your camera, causing there to be the grey lines. So, your camera is faster than your tv, so picks up all the lines. I always presumed that was what it was
  3. YES THERE IS try a rpgoram like Powerstrip. Many programs like this will allow you to do it on most vid cards. Easiest way to do it
  4. um, if it could do that. wouldn't it be possible to float etc? and also, it'd have to be pretty big wouldn't it? And how would it get back to earth? I'm just 16, but that just seems a bit weird to me.
  5. atheist buddy, thats really cool. I wanna try that too, would cost too much would it?
  6. drop some balls. Measure G. get some toy cars, measure velocities etc using those laser things (dunno what they're claled, have them at my school thouh) and play with collisions. Blow something up Play with electronics?
  7. You'll need to go past windows movie maker. Try something like sony vegas that lets you add aditional layers. eg, you could have a background on 1 layer, an image of a ufo with a transparent background on the one above. some programs like Adobe Premiere even let you bluescreen stuff.
  8. oooh!!! I might try that before I play my next gig on lead guitar. sounds cool! does it have anything to do with "warming" up muscles too?
  9. wow. Ophiolite deserves a medal. thanks bro, helped me out too
  10. lol ku mmm I might try that. my fingers are horrible. Its cool though because I can have my pinky fixed by docs, they reckon they're gonna break it and then let it set again properly or something :|

  12. Hey guys I have this question that I am having trouble answering. Any help you could give me would be really great. A cannon of mass 1.0x10^5kg fires a 500kg shell horizontally, imparting to it a speed of 1.0x10^3 ms^-1. Find the work done on the cannon by the expanding gases (assuming that it is free to move). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I haven't been doing physics for that long but I'm already finding it really interesting. That question was on a set of revision sheets I got before the exam I have next week (which counts towards my exit mark, which will determine what I can study in uni ... I feel like I'm getting old). Thanks for your time guys!
  13. wow its pretty cool that a 9th grader is getting into it. Rock on little buddy, good luck in the future
