  1. I also like the feeling. Not sure if this is scientifically correct, but when everything is blurry, I feel like my brain is processing less details and the load on it is lighter (similar to running a game on a lower resolution). It's not just something I like to do, but also something I use on a daily basis while editing images in Photoshop. It's very helpful, especially when working with color gradients or when you could zoom in (~1600% or higher) and still be able to clearly see the edges and textures of the image you're working with.
