Hello, according to your opinion which one these two is better? From technological reasons it´s better to work with sweet whey, but what about the nutritional value? Sweet one does not contain lactic acid and it contains a little bit higher amount of proteins, but acid one contains calcium. So what is your opinion about this topic? Thanks for all answers:)
