  1. I have not had many Lucid dreams. At times during the dream I was aware I was dreaming, I still could not control much or do as I wanted. Also I've had bad dreams were I knew I was dreaming and tryed to shake myself awake. In the dream state it felt as if it was hard to wake myself & I'd never be able to, but I always woke up when that happend. I would love to make a dream journal but the times when I did wake up and wrote things down it was very hard to go back to sleep. The reason real I am writing is from what Guest darthnig's Comments. A deeply held memory or recalling a dream or parts of one while awake. I am not sure what it is really, is it some memory of long time ago or parts of a dream. Whatever it is, I get this Euphoric Feeling during recall, It feels great so that I try and make this happen more often. I tell myself always to remember the trigger (a thought, memory or image) I call it, so to get this feeling again. It only last for seconds and I try and go to other thoughts that will help it last longer (thoughts or the feelings I had in previous states of this recall). The middle thoughts or Images will not start this feeling, even if they could I do not remember them vividly. For a few weeks in a row It was happening often. It no longer does I thought it (the recall of these memory's or parts of a dream) was gone until yesterday it did. I didn't think I could find a trigger again. I always tell myself, if this happens again remember the trigger, remember parts of the memory or thoughts. No matter how hard I try I cannot remember the thoughts of what it is that gives me this Euphoric feeling. It only last for seconds. Very hard to describe goose-bumpy great feeling. Sometimes I can get one of these thoughts or memory's I know its one that will help me bridge to this Euphoric feeling but I loose it. Dont make fun. I don't do drugs and these occurrences have nothing really todo with tiredness or bad moods. I wish I knew more. Thanks
