I believe there is no frame-dragging effect of gravity on mass, only on electromagnetic energy! Curiously, the Lense-Thirring effect in Gravity Probe B has the same value than the geodetic effect of the Earth around the Sun. Kinetic energy of a rotating body like Earth will increase gravity but more in the sense of classical force than classical aether! An interesting experiment!
