I manufacture Playing Cards On both Paper and Plastic I need help as I am receiving a lot of complaints regarding durability in my Plastic Playing cards We print on Rigid PVC one side is matt[ smooth side] and other side is grain [ rough side] The complaints i receive is that the ink wears off after 1 day usage to protect the ink we use Water based Coating we do not know much about the science involved but over here The issue i feel is adhesion of the inks with the substrate, If someone here can help me out with information on how to improve my durability It will be of a Huge help Thanks Raahul Singh
