  1. Thanks for your StringJunky for your explanation I will take into consideration what you said and make a decision Sensei, I have no specific budget. just trying to purchase something "as good as it can be, with the least I can spend on it" obviously, I'm not rich. so, there is a limit in what I can purchase. say... 2000 USD would be hard to explain to my wife. and would be too expensive to let my child to use. LOL but I wouldn't like to have a cheap thing that can't see even the moon clearly and might break up on the third time we use it. computer controlled ones, aren't more expensive? I mean, it would be easier to find something to see, since I believe can have some programs or coordinates of stars or planets.
  2. just adding more chaos to it. what if the starting point of the universe, was the same as the initial point? that means that it doesn't have to have an end. because it's end will be it's start. you can say that if you have a ring, you can start from point A(start) to point A(end) and have a distance. but what if the point A(start) was not reachable because it has to do with when was it done or how. maybe all universes are a result of a infinite chain reaction. the ending universes creating a starting ones. so that maybe ours, that some says might be 13.8 billions years old, was a result of a distant universe collapsing or... disappearing or whatever might happen to a single universe. and when our universe comes to an end, we might be creating other/others universe/universes. so it will never end. and probably has never had a start because probably, such an explosion(if an explosion) can travel through time and be the ignition force (so to speak) that starts all in the first place. that would make an endless loop of time, creation and destruction
  3. thanks for your answer my intention is just to know if there have been any advance in knowing why does neuralgia happens and/or if there has been a discovery of how to counter it.
  4. I don't know if this is the place to ask this, but seems as good as any. I had trigeminal neuralgia, 4 years ago. it didn't disappear, but got an operation to kill the right lower part nerve of my face killed. I took that option because I heard that there was no cure but just to control it. my question is, has there been any advance in neuroscience or nerve knowledge that have found what causes the neuralgia and how to fix it? because, investigating about the medicines I used to take (carbamazepine, etc) they know it can be used for neuralgia pain, but it said they didn't know exactly how.
  5. I'm thinking in purchasing a telescope, for the first time in my life, since my child seems to be as interested in the sky bodies as I am (unfortunately my wife doesn't share it, LOL) but there are many and with varying costs. what would you recommend me to purchase? and, what are the maximum magnification available in the telescopes one can purchase? I hope I'm not disturbing anyone with this question
