This is without taking naps or micro-sleeping (sleeping for a few seconds or a fraction of a second without realising it) And a good website is http://i-doser.com which can change the frequency of your brain to replicate drugs and other strange effects although it is quite hard to get it to work as you have to lay down still for a while listening to what sounds like random buzzes in the dark with your headphones on concentrating on the music/nothing without being interrupted... It is the safest way to get these effects anyway, although for some people it doesn't work it does work for others.
