  1. Didn't think about that really, sorry for my idiocy.
  2. If the observable universe is 13.8 billion light years across doesn't that mean that the majority of the 200 billion stars in our galaxy have to be extremely close? I'm sure there's some amazingly obvious explanation for this Along with that our galaxy is only 100,000 light years across so wouldn't that mean like a billion stars within a light year?
