How is it isolated for nuclear fusion?

There is magnetic and electric dipole. The word itself "dipole" is very ambiguous to me. Also "dipole moment" (my guess it it is just a pause in a frame of time depicting the fields or just capturing that moment, something like that)?

In terms of its source, fundamentally an accelerated or oscillating charge. What is a formula to describe the acceleration of the charge and frequency of electromagnetic radiation produced? A formula or some sort of HELPFUL link would be great thanks.
