  1. I', thinking about this: trees and people on a normal camera without that filter appear white.Obviously, the human body has more heat but it's white, you can say it's whiter than white.So...is there anything that can block just a part of IR to make the trees and other objects darker? Or...can you answer my first questions in the post?
  2. Yea,I saw that. This question has a reason. If I take that filter out the camera will see infrared but not as I want it to.Trees and things like this are too white.I want it to almost ignore them.Just to know they are there but that white color to be seen only if there's a warm object like a car,human...and so on.
  3. Is it possible to replace a camera's normal sensor with an infrared one?If yes, what other modifications does it need to make it infrared? The lenses which are normally made of glass which doesn't let IR pass through? Is it necessary to modify the microprocessor to or change it?Can you explain why if this can't be done?

    Impure HCl

Because where i live they don't think about selling it as food just to be used for a reaction. It is mixed with NaCl and other things.Useless.I couldn't find acceptable KCl...
  5. Some people may not accept what I will say but... Making them: -It's funnier. You can also get some experience... -No regulations. You don't need to tell someone what you are doing and why.You are just doing something..for some reasons.Seriously, how many times you needed something to do something productive but couldn't get that something because there are some idiots who use that something to harm?Good examples can be KClO4,NaKClO4,HNO3,NH4NO3,KNO3,NaNO3 and many others which can be used to make explosives, poisons or drugs.Even a "stupid" solvent like Acetone or Toluene can be hard or imposible to get without autorization in some countries... Buying them: -Boring -Regulations. -Ok...it may be safer and better but i would chose the first option.
  6. I don't know,maybe...be careful with IMPROPER STORED Na?!?That peroxide/superoxide wasn't there only because it is a peroxide/superoxide and it's where it wants to be.I don't want to be rude but be careful how you store them.

Yes,I know but i need to do this reaction. Can you answer my question?

    Impure HCl

I was thinking about making some KCl using KOH and HCl (funny how I can get these 2 substances but i can't really find some KCl...) but the acid i found has a yellow color. The concentration is...32%...or 34%,i forgot,but...if i react 91% KOH with that impure acid would the KCl be pure enough to be used in further reactions to obtain another substances with it?
  9. Ok...here is for the second one(the one with the ss) An object(m=5kg) is launched with an initial speed v0=10m/s from the point A,on a horizontal surface like in the near draw. After the distance AB=5m on the horizontal surface the object enters on the oblique surface(alpha angle is 30 degrees) and travells until point C,where it stops. On both surfaces the friction is present. on AB the friction is 0,5 and on BC is 0,58.
  10. It doesn't say but it was asking about the speed when it hits the ground too so its decelerating.
  11. Kinetic and potential energy?I don't think they are the same in both languages...i try do write them like this: Potential energy= mass*gravitational acceleration*height Kinetic energy= mass*speed^2/2 Tell me if they are the same in english and romanian: Ec=mgh Ep=mv^2/2 I'm not sure if these are the formulas but...
  12. I suck at this.I try to do some exercises maybe i will get something but i can't really do anything...I've done some parts of the exercises but i can't do some of them. Can somebody explain me how I must do them and why it's like that? 1.We have an object m=1kg).It's on the ground but it's going up(vertically) with a speed of 10m/s. The air friction doesn't matter and the gravitational potential energy is considered 0 at the ground level. The question is : what's the speed of the object when potential energy is the same with the kinetic energy? 2.Look at this..."picture".I translate the data here: http://i.imgur.com/wfZJmlQ.jpg m=5kg v0=10m/s B=30 degrees. BC friction=0,58 The object starts from B and stops at C.What's the maximum height it can reach?
