Carrying out scientific researches we have received the new decision of a classical problem of Newton - Euler about rotation of a firm body with one point of a support. The inertial approach to the decision of problems of dynamics of firm bodies will obviously lead to creation of the new section of physics: "Dynamics of systems with the variable moments of inertia and forces". About our researches more http://www.geocities.com/newrotor The report about the new decision of a classical problem of Newton - Euler will be made on "ISCORMA - 2 " http://www.iscorma.com

A roll of supple paper of thickness x, wound tightly and initially of radius R>>x, has its free end attached so that when released it unwinds downward by gravity. Derive the equation that describes the dynamics of the unfurling roll, and determine its point of maximum velocity.

If i wanted to try an experiment to see if a fan blowing so much air at a certain speed (all constants) over a board/piece of sheet metal/and other materials would effect the flow of water/oils/and other liquids. Would they are get pushed farther away with the air from the fan or would some of the chemicals have more of a connection to the metal or wood and hold their space and continue to flow down more then across? The board would be tilted so the side i am pouring onto would be about 12inches from the floor, about a 24inch long board and the other end would be resting on the floor.
