Hi!

I would like to perform experiment connected with activation of all three pathways of complement system in fish (classical, alternative and lectin) on microtiter plates. Already I know how to perform an activation of alternative pathway (set up protocol and so on), no idea how to do it to get results for classical and lectin? Any help? Suggestions? Protocols? Articles?
