mood and neuro-chemicals

Featured Replies

Does anyone know of a chart that matches mood to the levels of certain neuro-chemicals in the brain. For example, I'm pretty cure (but I could be wrong) that happiness correlates with high levels of seritonin. Does anyone know what neuro-chemicals correlate with moods like depression, anger, love, guilt, fear, etc.? Even a reference to an on-line source would help. Thanks

What's being pretty cure?

The best I could cull in doing your homework:

The Syphill's advice:

Combine proteins and carb for an alarmed yet relaxed state- this is by far the best mood advice. Never eat a carb with no protein or a protein with no carb.

For something stronger- stuff hole with chocolate.

For soemthing Herceulean- engorge thyself with its Mexican version: Mole, and flush it down with coffee suffocated with white sugar.

Mole has over a hundred or so different ingredients in it, much of them stimulnts made from the cocoa bean.
