I think that's A...

Standard means with respect to the standard basis (1,0) and (0,1).

Matt and Nicoco are right. Your calculations implicitly assume that the standard basis was the basis the problem was dealing with, so your matrix is the standard matrix. This assumption is most likely correct, since the problem doesn't seem to mention that an alternate basis should be used.
