Wound healing logarithmic ?

I found this image on wikipedia about the timeframe of the sequence ov events that happen in wound heLing,

It looks like it typically follows a logarithmic/exponential curve (obviously everyone heals at slightly different rates but the sequencing is the same). A lot happens within seconds and minutes and then the amount of progress begins to increasingly slow down with the final phases spanning minths and years . I would like to know if it actually does follow a logarithmic pattern, if itmis actually following a mathematical trajectory, or if it only looks like it does but does not in reality.
