Hi everyone,

I'm yet another writer looking for science help. I have scientists doing 'something' with the PTL and PDK4 genes and they need to mess it up and have to start the project from scratch again. What could be such a big mess up?

 

I don't think it matters but they are looking more efficient ATP metabolism.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
