Hi I'm looking for info on the effect of muscle strain on sliding filaments. Does anyone know where I might find something I can use in an assignment? I scoured the web but all I find is how the sliding filament theory works. Or how D.O.Ms affects the z lines. I'm talking about a grade 1,2 or 3 strain not delayed onset muscle soreness. Thanks
