Immunology - TCR and MHC genes

Hi guys!

 

The following question was asked as part of a finals exam in immunology.

 

We have two human populations inhabiting two different geographical areas.

Which genes would we expect to find to be more 'conserved' between the two populations.

The ones that code for the TCR chains or the genes that code for the MHCs and why?

 

Any help would be highly appreciated.
