My ? is years ago at a party I shaked hands with a young woman.While holding her hand I could feel a electrical feeling.Not a shock but like a bad ground feeling.I could feel it as long as we were connected. Has this happened to someone else?Was it some kind of trick? Thanks

She could have had static electricity buildup that cos of the shoes she was wearing was not being lost to ground - when she touched your hand you provided a convenient route to ground and the buildup passed through you to the ground. You can see a similar effect when you are walking on synthetic carpet and reach out to touch a door handle or bannister - the buildup in you seeks the ground and you notice the spark. In the party case you were playing the part of the door handle.

 

Or maybe she was just that sort of girl ...
