Endotoxin removal from expressed proteins

I´ve had some problems with getting my E.coli expressed proteins endotoxin-free. There are commercial Kits with polymyxin- colums around, but when I use them not only the LPS, but the protein as well, gets bound to the column and I loose all my proteins.

HAs anybody done this?
