MS Biochem/MBA for an executive level career within the Biotechnology industry?

Hello folks, I graduated last year with a BA in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Since then I have worked as a bartender which has given me strong people skills. I am greatly interested in pursuing a career in executive level biotech management and or one day creating my own startup involving applied synthetic biology in the field of materials science. As such, I have been asking myself whether or not a duel program in Biochem/MBA is what I will need to succeed. If not, should I be pursuing only an MBA. I feel as though the technical background associated with the Biochem masters will be the key to making this workout for me. Any and all suggestions are welcomed.
