Hi folks,

I'm new to the field of microbiology and have a few questions. What are the parameters and "special techniques" than can be changed/used to grow Streptomyces? My goal is to grow Streptomyces to produce a certain product which it normally doesnt produce. The only things i came up with were the variation of media/time and the conjugation with a plasmide that codes for regulatory proteins. Can you help me ?
