Hello,

I can't find the step in the IgE-mediated food allergy between: when an allergen, peptide is in the gut and when an allergen is binding to an APC-cell. How is it absorbed, by an M-cel, dendritic cell, enderocytose, phagocytose or trancytose,... ? And what happens than, does it comes right into the bloodstream or...?

Can somebody help me please?
