what does prevent muscles from hypertrophy

Featured Replies

hi guys

it is a question that is in my mind for a long time

as you know when we do exercise in a gym our a bodybulding area , we damage the muscles and activate the satellite cells to repair and regenerate them and them muscle will be stronger and bigger(hypertrophy)

but as you know for example a muscle diameter could not be for eample 100cm and the hypertophy will end in a point

i want to know what does happen in this point?what is the physiology that mucles could not no longer hypertrophy? does a material prevent sattelite cells to activate?pls tell me the exact physiologicall process that prevent this
